Welcome to A New Way To Well

Life doesn't come with a guide, so we made one! If Lost Start Here is for the moments when you feel adrift, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself, a place to find the people, ideas, and spaces that help you feel more like you again.

Podcast

A Thought I Kept

A Thought I Kept is a podcast about the ideas that stay with us, long after we’ve forgotten the rest. In each episode, a guest shares the one thought that shaped their life — the one they couldn’t let go of, and maybe you won’t either. Listen to our latest here! Or head to the link to see all of our podcasts.

Sometimes you just need someone to think alongside you. Our 1:1 coaching sessions are for when you feel disconnected, stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself. These sessions offer a space to untangle what's going on, build self-trust and find more clarity.

Meet Your Guides

Hi, we're Claire and Amanda, two friends who built the resource we couldn't find anywhere else. We love the science of wellbeing, but we kept wondering how to actually apply it when the laundry is toppling and the yoga mat is serving as a fort. The wellness world we found didn't reflect how we were just trying to get through life, so in 2019, we created If Lost, Start Here.

Claire is a wellbeing coach and emotions practitioner who helps women untangle what they're feeling and build a practice that fits who they are now. Amanda is a graphic designer and illustrator whose background in psychology — and talent for making things both beautiful and meaningful — shapes everything you see here.

We're here because we know what it feels like to be lost and because we believe finding your way can start with just one small step.
