Find Your Way | An Online Course for Life

Learn how to bring more of what matters into your everyday life

Over the last few years, more of us have found ourselves lost. Lost in our lives and lost in an uncertain world.

We’re starting to feel disconnected from ourselves and each other. We are struggling with overwhelm — feeling under pressure to do all that life needs to contain and be all the things we’re told to strive for. We’re aware that something is just off and we’re not sure what that is though we desperately want to find our equilibrium.

But here’s the thing: what we turn to for help isn't quite working either. We’re also lost in the very well-being world supposed to help us.

We’re getting burnt out on the well-being practices that are designed to support us. We’re asked to add even more, with experts making it seem effortless (when it’s exhausting). We can end up even more isolated, overwhelmed and confused.

We found ourselves here too — all turned around, not knowing where to start. Believing we needed to change everything about ourselves to feel better. Trying to incorporate the latest well-being trend and perfect someone else’s morning routine.

We designed Find Your Way, our online course, to be your well-being cure, to help you find your direction in life, and to reset your life back to you.

I loved working through my own personal definition of well-being. It was great to have the time and space to think deeply and meaningfully about my own well-being, and how to better serve myself in the future.

Find Your Way to… well, what?

Over 12 Weeks, you’ll be creating your unique well-being practice for your everyday life. A tailored toolkit of mental and emotional support that works with the realities of your life.

What are the course outcomes?

By the end of this course, you will have learned how to orientate your life in the direction you want.

You'll discover ways to feel more connected to yourself, other people, and the world around you.

You’ll have in place your unique well-being practice for your emotional and mental health that you can return to again and again.

What will the course cover?

You'll have the chance to explore different facets of your well-being, some you may have considered before (like the quality of your relationships and the impacts of the natural world) and some you may not (like how seeking awe makes you feel good and how being with technology doesn’t).

You may have never thought about your life this way before (we hear this a lot from people), but doing so will help you identify some fundamental aspects that might be missing, and that you might be craving.

You’ll get to explore all that life could be.

It encourages people to pause and think about wellness in a holistic and different way that they may not have considered before. There is a structure but it feels fluid enough that it can be totally bespoke and therefore meaningful.
— Jo

How long does the course take?

This course is self-guided, which means you get to take it at your own pace. It’s offered as a 12-week course, but you can take longer if you need.

What form does the course take?

Each week, you'll gain access to a new lesson that features research-backed prompts, inspiration, and guidance to help you create an actionable plan to (gently) shift your everyday experiences and positively benefit your well-being.

Lessons are delivered through a mixture of short readings, audio lessons, and video workshops. You’ll also receive our specially designed Workbook that includes journal prompts, exercises, and your weekly Challenge.

And an app — where you can follow this course and join our community to support you as you move through it.

Also, there will be some surprises and gifts along the way.

When can I start?

You can start anytime. Like today? Now is always a good moment to find your way in life.

Please note that our guide and this platform are not considered to be a replacement for medical advice, and are not suitable for anyone experiencing severe trauma or serious mental health challenges.

Mental wellbeing online course

Who is this for?

Anyone who is feeling lost — you’re feeling disconnected from yourself and your life. You’re not sure what you want, which direction to go in, or even where you want to be. You’re feeling unmoored, ungrounded. You’re searching for clarity.

Anyone who is feeling lonely — you feel isolated in your life and find you are spending too many moments alone or in your own head. You want to find ways to connect more, but you’re not sure where to begin. You would like to find your people.

Anyone who is feeling anxious — you are being driven more by fear than curiosity, and you need some strategies for your mental and emotional well-being that work for you. You are in need of a well-being toolkit that can help support you through your days, one designed by you because you know your own life the most.

Anyone who is feeling curious — you want to get into your life, explore, and seek out inspiration and ideas so that you can intentionally create a life that feels good (and interesting) to you. You like to be fed the latest research and thinking and then integrate them into how you approach yourself and the world around you (you’ll probably love our Culture Therapy lessons the most).

What will I learn?

  • How to connect with more of what you need whether that’s social connection, purposeful work, creative outlets, or something else.

  • How to identify if there’s something that is crucial to your well-being that is missing and how to bring it into your life.

  • How to get ahead of anxiety, overwhelm and disconnection before these develop and what to do when they do.

  • How to re-center yourself in your days and orientate yourself in life in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • How to establish some anchor points to turn to when life gets uncertain.

  • How to do all this, your way.

A new way to well

We believe there’s a different way to be well. One that is more relatable, kinder, and sustainable. Even more fun!

We took all our learnings from running this platform, writing about well-being, and working with clients – as well as navigating our anxiety-inclined minds – and we created Find Your Way… a 12-week Self-Guided course.

We’ve designed it to help you orientate your life in a whole new direction, the one you want to go in.

We are so excited to share this with you.

Ready to find your way (maybe even yourself) again?
