Lonely

Loneliness is surprisingly widespread. Recent studies are now showing just how often, and how chronically, many of us now experience it, regardless of age, social circle, or relationship status.

Loneliness can be deeply uncomfortable: some of us will do anything to avoid the sense of sadness and emptiness it can bring. It may derive from feelings of (real or perceived) social isolation. We can feel lonely even when we’re surrounded by people. Similarly, sometimes we can feel happy in our solitude. Or vice versa. Loneliness is our unique emotional response to the social situations in which we do or don’t find ourselves.

So what can we do about this yearning for connection? How can we take steps to be seen and heard in ways that feel good to us? To build our self-esteem and confidence, to shift our self-talk, and to engage in new activities, so that we can feel less alone in our worlds?

Our well-being sessions are less about what you eat and how you move your body (if at all). They are more about the quality of your relationships, how you like to be in the community, and how you can seek out meaning in your life.

We take an expanded view of life and support you in creating a bespoke well-being prescription so that you can feel less lonely.

We take a unique view of well-being coaching. You won’t find anything else like it.
